Return and Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange a product for any reason as long as the product is not used and is in original condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
How to return or exchange a product?
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are color not matched, damaged, have been used and display visible signs of use.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email from us.
We will consider a return good if following conditions are met:
- Product is unused and unmodified.
- No holes have been drilled.
- All contents of the package such as keys, mounting hardware are included in the return package.
- All contents of the hardware box are repackaged and sent back.
What if the product came damaged or defected?
We are happy to replace or issue a refund for any defective product we accidentally send out.
In case you received a wrong or defective product, you must contact us within 4-5 days of receipt of the product.
We will ship out a replacement product as soon as we make new items for you. The item are made within 4-5 weeks because all the items are produced by hand.
What if some parts are missing from the package?
You must inspect your package and inform us of all missing parts within 4-5 days of receiving the package. We will ship out the missing parts free of cost.
However, we may reject the claim or charge additional shipping for any additional requests for missing parts after the first one. Therefore, please thoroughly check your package and let us know of all missing parts the first time.
We ship all the products to our customers by Standart Shipping or DHL express. The price depends on destination countries. Request on certain shipping method will have additional charges.
PARCEL ARRIVE: HOME/OFFICE
For Canada and The United States, shipping time is 7-10 days
For Europe shipping time is 4-5 days
Most orders are produced and shipped within 4-5 weeks after payment.
These delivery times are approximations only, and it is possible for some deliveries to take longer than stated, such as color match order (since we have to order color paints).
In case of catastrophes, accidents, wars, weather disasters, we are not responsible for the delivery of goods
Custom Duties or Taxes
The custom duties and taxes will not be included in the prices. International Customers should be responsible for any custom duties or taxes (charged by the customs), or international bank fee (charged by your bank), depending on the policy of specific country.
